What is a press brake?
A press brake is a machine tool for bending sheet and plate material. It forms predetermined bends by clamping the work piece between a matching punch and die. Our capacity is 240 ton and 12 ft. long.
What is a water jet?
A water jet is a precision cutting machine that utilizes a 60,000 psi stream (or jet) of water to cut a virtually endless array of materials. Fine particles of garnet are added to the water stream and the cut is made by ultra- high speed erosion. For softer materials, water alone is sufficient to product a quality cut.
What is CNC?
CNC (computer numerical control) technology was applied to plasma cutting machines in the late 1980s into the 1990s, giving plasma cutting machines greater flexibility to cut diverse shapes based on a set of instructions that were programmed into the machine's numerical control.
